The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two motivated Welcome Clerks to join the Endoscopy Unit Admin Team, with one position based in Tiverton. This role involves providing efficient reception and appointment booking services to patients and visitors, performing clerical duties, and ensuring effective communication among patients, relatives, and staff to enhance patient care. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and good IT capabilities, ideally with experience in customer service or administrative roles.

The position is permanent, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week on a two-week rolling rota, with a start date in April 2025.
