The position is permanent, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week on a two-week rolling rota, with a start date in April 2025. Providing a professional, efficient and effective reception and appointment booking service to patients and visitors in accordance with Trust policies and standards.
Undertake general clerical duties.
Maintain effective communication to both patients, relatives and staff in order to ensure the smooth running of a clinical area, including wards or outpatient clinic areas; enhancing patient care.
Ensure all information is secure and confidentiality of information is maintained at all times.

We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated Welcome Clerk to join the Endoscopy Unit Admin Team. One based in Exeter and One based in Tiverton Endoscopy Unit.
Our team is made up of dedicated, patient focused individuals, who communicate well and have great interpersonal skills. They are organised problem solvers with strong attention to detail. Good IT skills are a must! They come from a range of backgrounds, but skills acquired through customer service or administrative roles have all helped them to succeed in their roles.
