You will be based at our Wiltshire or Dorset Hospice and work across Wiltshire and Dorset in the homes of the children we look after and be expected too: To manage the Social Work provision for all Children/Young people and families supported by Julias House. Plan, establish and develop Social Support and the expansion of existing services for Julias House, in close liaison with the Family Support Services Lead and Strategic Nursing Team. Our service is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. Julias House supports more than 140 families across Dorset and Wiltshire, in the community, at our hospices and in our families own homes. We have contracts for between 20-28 hours per week, so £15136 to £21191 per annum depending on
