We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with a minimum of one year experience working in Primary Care, and a qualification in diabetes or a keen interest in developing expertise in this area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and supporting patients with diabetes, contributing to their overall health and well-being. They will work as a key part of the clinical team and must be able to organise and manage their own workload. Treatment room duties to include venepuncture,
