Wood End Health Centre have an exciting opportunity to join our forward thinking, innovative 8000 patient practice. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Practice Nurse to Join our team. The Practice is two miles from Coventry city centre and has mixed demographics including high levels of deprivation, offering the successful candidate an opportunity to really make a difference to our community. Our core ethos is to provide high quality, accessible Primary Care services for all our patients,
