Make a meaningful difference as Acting Care & Support Team Leader at Cygnet’s Outwood residential service in Horsforth (LS18). This permanent, full‑time role (42 hours per week) offers £12.60–£14.91 per hour and closes on 28 November 2025. You’ll split your time between hands‑on support work and acting leadership duties: allocating and supervising staff, administering and overseeing medication, supporting the day‑to‑day running of the service and modelling best practice. The service supports adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, including behaviours that challenge, so person‑centred practice, safeguarding and enabling choice and independence are at the heart of the role.
