Job description
As Activities Coordinator at Aria Care’s Oaken Holt Nursing and Residential Home in Farmoor (OX2), you’ll plan, organise and lead a varied activities programme that brings out the best in each of our 53 residents. Working full-time (40 hours per week, alternate weekends) on a permanent contract and paid £12.21 per hour, you’ll deliver arts and crafts, music, games and outings tailored to individual needs to boost wellbeing, social connection and enjoyment. The home is highly regarded — rated 9.3 out of 10 on Carehome.co.uk — and the role requires strong interpersonal and preparation skills, a caring, creative approach and a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
