This is a Bank Admin Assistant role at a Barchester care home, where you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help deliver quality care and support to the residents. You'll handle administrative tasks, engage with residents, and assist managers to create a vibrant, happy environment.
As a Bank Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for answering the phone, handling files, and supporting the managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around the care home. The role requires the ability to multitask, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. You'll be provided with opportunities to develop your skills through training and development.
