An opportunity to work as an Administration Assistant within DynamicHealth’s Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Specialist Services at Princess of Wales Hospital, Ely (CB6). This fixed‑term, full‑time role (37.5 hours, Band 2, 12 months) runs Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 and offers hands‑on NHS admin experience supporting clinics across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. You’ll be the first point of contact on reception and phone, using SystmOne to book, triage and manage referrals and waiting lists, send appointment SMS invites, process correspondence, support medicine management and interpreter bookings, and help maintain accurate patient records while following confidentiality and infection‑control policies.
