Provide essential, confidential administrative support to the 0-19 Growing Healthy and Safeguarding Team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, based at Dalton Clinic, Dalton-in-Furness LA158AQ. This part‑time, permanent Band 3 role (£24,937–£26,598 pro rata) involves typing reports, letters and emails; photocopying, scanning and managing complex child protection filing; accessing Summary Care and SystmOne to compile demographic and clinical information; recording significant events; making appointments and updating electronic diaries and ledgers. You will work under indirect supervision, exercise initiative when handling enquiries, input sensitive data in line with Trust policy and, once fully competent, have the opportunity for some agile working from home. The post is subject to a DBS check and the closing date is 19 October 2025.
