This Administrative Assistant role at Wellside Surgery in Sawtry (Huntingdon, PE28) supports a registered list of approximately 8,000 patients as part of a friendly, dedicated administrative team. The permanent, part‑time post is five afternoons per week (around 30 hours) and the salary is dependent on experience. Day‑to‑day duties are varied and practical: receiving and scanning mail, entering new patient registrations, managing pathology results and follow‑up tasks, arranging clinics and minor surgery paperwork, handling medical report requests and recalls (including cervical screening), liaising with hospitals and providing occasional reception cover.
