Courtside Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic, reliableAdministrator to join our team in supporting our patients and clinical staff atthe surgery.We are seeking someone who enjoys working part ofa team as well as independently, who can multi-task and thrives in a busyworking environment.This is a varied role and a keen eye for detail isessential. Flexibility is important to be able to cover colleagues duringperiods of sickness or holidays.Training will be given in all aspects of the job, so thesuccessful candidate must be keen to learn new skills and enjoy a variedrole. Candidates must be confident usingIT.This is a full time role for 37.5 hours.Interviews will take place on Tuesday 2nd December.
Main duties of the job
This broad role will involve a range of administrative tasks including processing requests for repeat prescriptions, assisting with the patient recall processes,registering new patients, assisting with general patient queries, managing medical records, referrals administration, as well as dealing with incoming clinical correspondence ensuring it is actioned appropriately.
