Make a practical difference from a considerate, part-time schedule: this permanent Band 2 Administrator role at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is based at Global House, Scunthorpe (DN15 7BH) and runs Thursdays and Fridays, 08:30–16:30. You’ll work within the Community, Frailty & Therapies team and the Specialist Nursing Administration Hub delivering efficient clerical support across the patient pathway — registering referrals, arranging appointments, inputting records, liaising with patients and managing referrals/discharges under clinical direction. The post requires at least 12 months’ admin experience, good keyboard and IT skills (ECDL/CLAIT/IBT or equivalent) and a practical eye for detail; knowledge of SystmOne is useful but training will be provided. A DBS check is required (cost borne by new starters).
This is an excellent fit for women and carers seeking reliable part-time hours, flexible training and genuine career development in a supportive, inclusive NHS environment. You’ll receive a robust, flexible training package tailored to your needs, opportunities to develop specialist skills and the satisfaction of helping local patients across community services. The partnership’s culture values wellbeing and diversity, making it ideal for those balancing work with caring responsibilities.
