Play a central administrative role at the Rosewood Mother and Baby Unit in Dartford, supporting a busy ward-based team Monday to Friday. As a Band 3 Administrator you’ll handle reception duties, answer the ward phone and a generic inbox, organise diaries and meetings, prepare correspondence, and maintain efficient working systems that keep care running smoothly. This front-line post involves regular contact with service users, carers, colleagues and external stakeholders, and requires vigilance around safeguarding, GDPR and Trust policies. The role is full-time, fixed-term for 12 months, and pays £26,240–£27,928 (inclusive of the High Cost Area allowance — an extra monthly payment equivalent to 5% of basic salary subject to set minimum and maximum amounts).

If you have NVQ3/RSA3 (or equivalent), GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent), at least two years’ administrative or customer-facing experience, good Microsoft skills and attention to detail, you’ll fit the role — RiO experience is desirable and a DBS check is required.
