North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Administrator to support a dynamic team of four in Speke, Liverpool, with the possibility of some remote work. The role involves various administrative tasks such as accurate notetaking during hearings, arranging meetings, managing general inquiries, entering data into IT systems, and generating regular reports. Additional travel to Bolton for note-taking duties will be required.

Candidates must possess excellent keyboard skills, prior administrative experience, and strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel. Communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as outstanding organisational skills to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks, are essential. The successful applicant should be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative without close supervision. Interviews will occur during the week of February 17, 2025.
