Job description
Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a diligent and adaptable Administrator to become a vital part of their innovative initiative supporting the Neurodiversity pathway for children and young people. This fixed-term role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong self-management skills to deliver high-quality admin support within the referral service administration team. You'll be integral in handling a variety of tasks such as processing referrals and managing communications with confidentiality and professionalism. Engaging with multi-disciplinary clinical teams across partner organisations, you will have the opportunity to positively influence your colleagues and facilitate a seamless service.
In this role, you will thrive under pressure, balancing your workload in a busy, collaborative environment. With your excellent communication, IT, and customer service skills, you'll be adept at serving as a point of contact for enquiries while ensuring precise information management on our clinical system database. Supported by comprehensive training and a team that values flexibility, your energy and enthusiasm are as crucial as the ability to adapt to service needs, which might include some home working. A valid driving licence and regular access to a car are essential unless otherwise covered by the Equality Act 2010. The position offers a High Cost Area Supplement on top of the basic salary. If you're ready to advance your career with our supportive team, we warmly encourage you to explore this opportunity further; to apply, simply click the "Apply Now" button on jobsincare.com.
