University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust invites dynamic Advanced Clinical Practitioners to enrich our esteemed Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) team. This is your chance to make a significant impact, coordinating care for patients requiring intravenous and high-risk oral antimicrobials, ensuring their safe transition from hospital to community settings. You'll be at the heart of our multidisciplinary team, led by an Infection Diseases Consultant, collaboratively working alongside specialist pharmacists, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver top-tier, patient-focused care.
