Play a leading clinical role at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital’s Substance Misuse Team in Norwich NR4 7UY, working within the Complex Health Hub to deliver expert, trauma‑informed care. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will assess and treat people affected by drug and alcohol use—providing opiate substitution treatment, alcohol detoxification, focused mental health assessments and non‑medical prescribing—making autonomous, evidence‑based decisions and working closely with hospital and community colleagues to create coordinated, person‑centred care. You will develop and lead nurse‑led clinics and protocols, mentor others and champion best practice while being supported by senior ANP and multidisciplinary teams.
