Step into a specialist nursing post at Nottingham City Hospital delivering high-impact apheresis care across stem cell harvests, T‑cell and plasma collections, red cell exchanges and therapeutic photopheresis. You’ll work alongside the Apheresis Lead CNS and a skilled haematology team to manage patient and donor caseloads, provide pre‑collection assessment, venous access, intravenous therapies and emergency out‑of‑hours interventions, and contribute to JACIE/HTA standards, SOPs, audit and research. The service supports patients from across the region and links closely with the Haematology Daycase unit, so you’ll gain broad experience in chemotherapy, immunotherapy and transfusion practice while maintaining the highest standards of compassionate, evidence‑based care.

Ideal for experienced, NMC‑registered nurses with a degree or equivalent, IV medication and transfusion competencies, venepuncture/cannulation skills and haematology experience — particularly those balancing work and caring responsibilities who value professional development, flexible working and a supportive, diverse workplace.
