Lead transformation across mental health, learning disabilities and SEND in the South East as Assistant Director (LDA) for NHS England. This full-time fixed-term secondment (11 months) is based at the NHS England office covering London/Berkshire/Kent/Surrey (SE1) and is offered at Agenda for Change Band 8d (£91,342–£105,337 pa, exclusive of London weighting). You will shape and deliver system-wide strategies, provide oversight of commissioned providers to ensure safe, high-quality care, and lead transformation programmes that align national priorities with local population needs — working closely with NHS providers, local authorities and voluntary sector partners to drive improvements in quality, equity and outcomes.
