Practice Plus Group is recruiting an Associate Head of Governance based at Hawker House, Napier Court, Reading RG1 8BW. This central, part‑time role (20 hours per week) offers smart working with regular Teams and GoToMeeting use, balanced with UK travel and frequent overnight stays. You will lead oversight of Secondary Care governance alongside the Head of Patient Safety and a patient safety specialist, ensuring governance KPIs are met, PSIIs are signed off promptly, trends are identified and action plans implemented. The role suits clinically registered professionals (eg RN adult register, ODP) with experience in leading teams, using Datix or similar risk systems, developing policy, process mapping, report writing and delivering training.
