, working from 7:45 am until 7.45 pm, 3 shifts a week and 4 the next (working two weekends a month). Supporting and Assisting Residents in their day-to-day livesAssisting residents with cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene whilst promoting independenceAttending local community events, networks and venues, including cinema, swimming baths and college.Promoting and supporting personal development and learning new life skillsUpdating and recording resident records to help monitor health and well-beingProviding emotional and physical supportThe Service:Nightingale is a 10-bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.Who We Care For:Adults from the age of 18 years and beyond.Individuals diagnosed with autism and/or learning disabilities.Those who may present challenging behaviours.Residents with communication challenges and complex needs.
