, working a variety of shifts that could start at 7 am in the morning and some that may finish at 10pm at night, over seven days (working two weekends a month). Supporting and Assisting Residents in their day-to-day livesAssisting residents with cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene whilst promoting independenceAttending local community events, networks and venues including cinema, swimming baths and nightclubs.Promoting and Supporting with personal development and learning new life skillsUpdating and recording resident records to help monitor health and well-beingProviding emotional and physical support
