Job description
Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a passionate and multitasking Clinical Services Administrator (Band 3) to join their compassionate team in Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire. The rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide vital administrative support for a pioneering service that bridges the gap between primary care and secondary mental health services, focusing on individuals with Complex PTSD and personality disorders. You will be the friendly first point of contact for service users, answering calls and emails with empathy and professionalism. Your organisational skills will shine as you assist with scheduling, minute-taking, drafting clinical letters, and maintaining service user records. Working alongside a senior administrator and experienced therapists, you will play a key role in the ongoing development and enhancement of this crucial service.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for efficient multitasking and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including GPs and third-sector organisations, ensuring seamless coordination and management of therapy sessions. Your proactive approach will support the team in data collation for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report generation. Proficiency in NHS and AWP systems will be beneficial, allowing you to collaborate effectively with clinicians and contribute to the smooth running of daily service operations. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful difference in mental healthcare within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
