Support children and young people with autism and learning disabilities as a Band 3 Community Support Worker in the DICE (Disability Intensive Care Enhanced) team at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. You will deliver short‑term, intensive community support to prevent avoidable psychiatric admissions, working one‑to‑one and in groups to put care plans and Positive Behavioural Support into action. The role involves practical, therapeutic and emotional support during crisis and recovery, close collaboration with families, carers and local services, and working under the supervision of registered clinicians to keep people safe, dignified and supported.

This permanent, full‑time post is based in Birmingham (B19 1HS) and is band 3 with a salary of £24,937–£26,598 per annum, pro rata.
