As Band 6 Core Skills Trainer – AVERTS at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (Uffculme Centre, Moseley, B13 8QY), you will design, develop and deliver in‑house training to reduce restrictive practices and restrictive physical interventions across the Trust. This permanent, full‑time role (Band 6: £38,682–£46,580 pa, pro rata) is for a registered health care professional with mental health clinical experience and proven training skills. You will work hands‑on, demonstrating practical RPI techniques, travelling across sites to provide tailored training and supporting AVERTS consultants and a pool of experts by experience to ensure training meets national restraint‑reduction standards.
