Support the planning, co-ordination and delivery of Healthcare Science education across University Hospitals Birmingham (Queen Elizabeth Hospital, B15) as a Band 4 Healthcare Science Education Support Officer. You will act as the central point of enquiry for HCS staff, develop and maintain user-friendly administrative systems and databases, collate and analyse education, financial and workforce information, and help scope and submit expressions of interest for training posts. The role also includes organising events, meetings and trainee activities, preparing reports and presenting information to senior teams, and providing general administrative services. Strong communication, good numeracy and IT skills (MS Office/365), experience of project administration, minute-taking and an awareness of data protection are essential. This permanent, full-time role offers flexible working, is Agenda for Change Band 4 (salary £27,485–£30,162) and will require a DBS check.
