As a Band 7 Occupational Therapist within the esteemed Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre in Loughborough, you'll be at the heart of a supportive and dynamic team, delivering specialist rehabilitation to service personnel with complex clinical needs. You'll apply your expertise within the Spines and Upper Quadrant Service, working autonomously while leading and developing your own dedicated team of Band 6 OTs. Your role will encompass assessing a varied caseload and implementing innovative rehabilitation programmes, supported by a rich environment equipped with a swimming pool, gym, cinema, and even tennis courts.
