Lead on psychologically informed care at Ardenleigh in a senior, clinical and service-development role with Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. As Band 8b Principal Practitioner Psychologist you will work across the Secure CAMHS and Women’s Secure Blended Service, providing specialist clinical input, direct therapy, consultation, supervision and training while representing psychology within the senior leadership team. You will be the team leader for the site-wide Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) service, ensuring model fidelity and driving site initiatives such as Trauma Informed practice and Culture of Care. This permanent, part-time friendly post offers flexible working and an Agenda for Change salary of £64,455–£74,896 pa (pro rata).
This opportunity suits an experienced clinical/forensic psychologist (doctorate level and eligible for chartered registration) with at least 4 years post-qualification experience and a minimum of 5 days intensive DBT training.
