Be the energetic heart of daily life at Belmont House Nursing Home in Sutton (SM2) as a Bank Activities Coordinator. Working on a bank contract with flexible hours and paid at £12.70 per hour, you'll plan, organise and deliver a varied programme of activities — arts and crafts, music sessions, games, reminiscence and local outings — tailored to the individual needs and preferences of residents in this 60‑bed nursing, dementia and residential home. You will work closely with the care team to link activities to care plans, engaging residents with warmth, patience and strong communication skills. No formal qualifications are required, though experience in a similar role or the care sector is advantageous. This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
