Working within The Learning Enterprise team — a government‑approved apprenticeship training provider — you will manage a dedicated caseload of apprentices (Levels 3–5, including Healthcare Support Worker standards), delivering work‑based training, blended assessments and pastoral support. The role involves close collaboration with employers, line managers and workplace facilitators to create robust individual learning plans, coach and motivate learners, and uphold high standards through ongoing professional development. The position is part‑time on a bank basis, largely home‑based with occasional travel, making it especially suitable for women and carers seeking flexibility and meaningful, people‑centred work-life balance.
