Band 5
BANK
Job description
Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is searching for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join their Nursing Bank at Broadlands, Norfolk, on a temporary Band 5 level basis. This opportunity is tailored for those with a background in healthcare, especially within mental health or learning disability services, who are eager to engage flexibly. Ideal for part-time workers, individuals with other commitments, or those looking for short-term opportunities, this position offers a chance to contribute to high-quality, personalised care across various healthcare settings. Whether you're available during school holidays or term time only, your contribution will help shape impactful care plans, assess needs, and empower service users in collaboration with a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
Being part of HPFT means ensuring that statutory requirements of the MHA 1983 (amended 2007) and Mental Capacity Act are applied, all while fostering cohesive professional relationships. You'll actively take on the role of Named Nurse, delivering holistic service user care and management. The ability to drive for access to the range of settings is advantageous unless restricted by a disability defined by the Equality Act 2010. This role is not only about care—it's about leadership, as you'll support the Charge Nurse in managing resources effectively and leading the nursing team in their absence. Don't miss this chance to make a difference in a fulfilling environment. To dive into this rewarding experience and help transform lives, simply click the "Apply Now" button on jobsincare.com.
