Make a difference as a Bank Clinical Support Worker with Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust at Walsall Manor Hospital (WS29PS). Working under the supervision of registered practitioners, you’ll support patients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, observations, transfers and ward routines, and take part in responding to emergencies and safeguarding dignity. This is a bank (flexible) role on Agenda for Change Band 2, paid per shift and suited to experienced carers, those returning to practice or people seeking reliable, shift-based work within a tight-knit clinical team and modern acute facilities.
You’ll be supported to develop your skills — the Trust recognises QCF/NVQ Level 2 and offers completion of the Care Certificate within 12 weeks; DBS checks are required and skilled worker sponsorship is considered. If you value practical, compassionate care and need a role that fits around family life, caring responsibilities or other commitments, this vacancy offers meaningful work in a high-quality local hospital. Applications may close early if demand is high, so click the Apply Now button beside this advert to apply via jobsincare.com.
