Practice Plus Group in Worcester (WR3) is seeking a Bank Coordinator to be the single point of contact for its Out of Hours integrated urgent care service. In this hands-on role you will organise and dispatch patient calls, manage call volumes and triage activity, co‑ordinate home visits and staff rotas, steer escalation and streaming where needed, and carry out comfort/safety calls. You’ll keep the coordinator log up to date, ensure all cases are processed and handed over correctly, manage Coordinator Assistants and follow emergency, escalation and manual working procedures when systems fail.

This flexible bank role is ideal for experienced administrators, carers or parents returning to work who value choice over shifts and meaningful, team-focused work.
