Work as a Bank Dementia Enhanced Healthcare Support Worker with Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Basingstoke (RG24). You’ll support the Admiral Nurse‑led Dementia Team to deliver compassionate, person‑centred care to people living with dementia, offering both physical help and emotional support while also supporting families and carers. Shifts cover earlies, lates, twilights, nights and school hours across seven days, and after a qualifying period the Bank team offers highly flexible patterns to fit home and family life. Applicants must have at least 12 months’ experience of dementia care in a care setting, good written and verbal English, basic literacy and numeracy (Level 1 or equivalent), the ability to work independently and within a team, willingness to undertake further training and a DBS check. Please note this role does not offer sponsorship and do not re‑apply if you have applied within the last six months.

This Band 3 bank post pays £13.60 per hour and can be your main job or a reliable additional income that fits around caring responsibilities.
