Flexible bank Healthcare Assistant role at Elysium Healthcare’s Emerald Place Clinic in Charlwood (RH6), supporting young people aged 13–18 with a wide range of mental health needs. You’ll work on a zero‑hours bank, choosing the 12.5‑hour weekday, night or weekend shifts that suit your life via an easy-to-use app. This post is well suited to experienced Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers or Care Workers who bring compassion, resilience and vigilance to a challenging but rewarding adolescent inpatient setting (mood disorders, acute psychosis, neurodevelopmental needs and disordered eating may be seen). You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering day-to-day care and practical support to help young people regain routines and confidence.

The role pays £12.85 per hour (with a 12.07% holiday uplift), weekly pay, plus free meals on duty and parking. You’ll complete a paid two‑week induction and receive mandatory training, wellbeing support and access to regional bank shifts within Elysium’s broad network of services.
