Make a real difference supporting people with eating disorders at Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst. Elysium Healthcare is recruiting female Healthcare Assistants to join its bank staff, providing compassionate, vigilant care as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role suits experienced Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers or Care Workers who can work flexibly across 12.5‑hour day, night and weekend shifts; you’ll support people with mental health and eating disorder needs, promote safeguarding at all times and work with nursing, therapy and dietetic colleagues. A DBS check is required and resilience, compassion and a person‑centred approach are essential.

This zero‑hours bank post gives you control over when you work, with shifts booked quickly via an app and the potential to pick up work regionally across Elysium’s services. Pay is £12.85 per hour plus a 12.07% holiday uplift, with weekly pay, free meals on duty, a paid induction, mandatory training and wellbeing support.
