Flexible bank Healthcare Assistant role at Elysium Healthcare’s Bere Clinic in Waterlooville (PO8). You’ll work on a 12‑bed CAMHS unit supporting young people aged 12–18 with eating disorders, as part of a multidisciplinary team. This zero‑hours bank post lets experienced Healthcare Assistants or Support Workers from the NHS or private sector pick the shifts that suit them — weekdays, nights or weekends — via a simple app. The service operates 12.5‑hour shifts, includes a paid two‑week induction, mandatory training, wellbeing support and a DBS check requirement. Pay is £14.40 per hour (inclusive of a 12.07% holiday uplift) with weekly pay, plus free meals and parking.
This role is well suited to carers who need genuine flexibility — for example, those juggling family commitments, school runs or other caring responsibilities — while wanting a purposeful clinical role. You’ll work where small, week‑by‑week changes are visible and valued, supported by an established employer with national reach. Elysium Healthcare offers potential regional bank opportunities and clear progression, and this vacancy is listed on jobsincare.com for easy mobile applications.
