This is a temporary healthcare assistant role at Elysium Healthcare's Bere Clinic in Waterlooville. The role involves providing care and support to people with mental health conditions, with the flexibility to choose your own shifts. The hourly rate includes a 12.07% holiday allowance uplift.
Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant on the bank, you'll be working in a 12-bed CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) service that supports young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to help shape the future of the service. The environment can be challenging at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. However, it's a hugely rewarding role where you can make a real difference to some of the most vulnerable people in society.
