Be part of Cygnet Health Care’s team at Adarna House in BD6 as a Bank Healthcare Support Worker offering bank shifts that fit around your life. You’ll support nine men with mental illness and a secondary diagnosis of autism, helping them prepare for more independent living through practical, physical and emotional care. Day-to-day duties include assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting and safeguarding, keeping a clean and safe environment, and using a flexible learning approach tailored to each person’s needs.
