Work as a Bank Support Worker in the Stoke‑on‑Trent / Newcastle‑under‑Lyme area, paid at £12.36 per hour on part‑time bank shifts. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours through person‑centred care—providing personal care, advocating for service users and helping them take part in community, educational and recreational activities. This role suits experienced carers who can work unsociable hours, weekends and bank holidays, who hold a full UK driving licence and who can stay calm under pressure. Strong communication and written skills are essential, as is the confidence to work both independently and as part of a close, family‑style team. An enhanced DBS check is required and will be paid for by the employer.
