You’ll work across three therapeutic houses — Severn (assessment and stabilisation), Avon (engagement and progress) and Coln (transition to the community) — offering hands‑on physical and emotional support, assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting on care, safeguarding and keeping environments safe and clean. This post is exclusively for female applicants, pays £13.17 per hour plus 12.1% annual leave, and is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
