Job description
Bank Support Workers with Look Ahead Care, Support and Housing Ltd are needed across a Hertfordshire patch, working on-site in services for people with learning disabilities and a focus on Positive Behaviour Support. This is a bank (zero‑hours) role paying £13.85 per hour, temporary in nature with flexible shift availability across up to five different services. The role involves building trusting relationships with customers, delivering creative key‑work sessions to meet Support Plan goals, assessing and managing risk with a positive‑risk approach, helping customers develop domestic skills, and keeping accurate administration and welfare records. You must be legally eligible to work in the UK (Look Ahead cannot offer sponsorship). Closing date: 06 December 2025.
