About the Role As a Live-In Carer, you’ll: Live in the client’s home for a minimum of two weeks at a time, working in rotation with another carer. Provide personalised care and support, promoting independence while offering help when needed. Assist with daily activities, personal care, hobbies, outings, and social connections. Respect the client’s relationships with family and friends, knowing when to step in and when to step back. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: A confident driver (experience with wheelchair-accessible vehicles is a plus). Resilient and adaptable, comfortable spending extended time away from home. Warm, patient, and professional, with a strong sense of boundaries and balance. Experienced in supporting individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, or complex care needs (desirable but not essential). Due to the nature of the requirement of intimate care, we require a female carer to join the team Experience of moving and handling would be desirable.
