Embark on a rewarding journey with The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust as a Business Administration Apprentice in our Health Records Department. We seek proactive, enthusiastic, and empathetic individuals who are eager to grow and adapt to the dynamic needs of our service. As an apprentice, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of case notes for both emergency and planned patient events throughout the Trust. With comprehensive training offered, including in our Medical Records library and at the reception, you'll become adept at managing patient interactions, verifying demographic details, and handling records efficiently. If you're over 21 with a full driving licence, you'll also be an integral part of delivering urgent case notes, with a vehicle provided.
