As a Business Analyst within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board’s Digital Transformation Team you will translate frontline needs into practical digital solutions. You’ll work on high‑impact projects such as electronic prescribing and medicines administration, modernising patient contact services and supporting direct care. Reporting to the Head of Digital Business Change and Benefits and collaborating with project teams, clinical systems managers and subject matter experts, your role will cover requirements elicitation, process mapping, solution design and data modelling to improve outcomes across the CTM region in line with the CTM 2030 strategy.
This is a full‑time, fixed‑term Band 7 role (30 months) based at the Information Hub, Williamstown, Tonypandy CF40 1XX, with a salary of £48,527–£55,532. The post is ideal for analytically minded candidates with experience of digital transformation in healthcare, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and a master’s level qualification or equivalent.
