Job Summary: The Business Change Manager (Cloud) leads and manages the implementation of national programmes and projects, focusing on migrating systems from physical data centres to cloud-based networks. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation of National Programme: Ensuring projects produce required products within specified time and cost constraints.
- Capacity Development: Developing regional capacity for new ways of working, offering expertise, facilitation, and redesign tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with key partners and stakeholders, including front-line staff, to develop and implement change plans.
- Behavioural Change: Focusing on behavioural change to ensure successful implementation of people solutions.
This post is fixed term/secondment until 31/03/2028 to meet the needs of the service.

- Lead and Manage Implementation: Ensure successful implementation of national programmes and projects, particularly those involving significant complexity and risk.
- Capacity Development: Develop regional capacity for new ways of working, offering expertise, facilitation, and redesign tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key partners and stakeholders, including front-line staff, to develop and implement change plans.
- Behavioural Change: Focus on behavioural change to ensure successful implementation of people solutions.
- Mentoring and Training: Provide task management, mentoring, and training for Senior Business Change Facilitators, Business Change Facilitators, and Business Change Facilitators (eLearning).

- Resource Planning: Complete resource plans, write specifications for resources, and ensure appropriate advice and guidance in specialist areas.
