Job description
Are you looking to support and improve the mental wellbeing of Looked After and Adopted Children/Young People who are one of the most vulnerable groups in our community. Do you have some experience or would you like to develop your skills in supporting this group via a therapeutic intervention both to the young people and their carers?

We Would Welcome Applications From
To undertake clinical formulation alongside other professionals and make decisions about the right intervention for a child and or their carer's.
To undertake medium to long term identified therapeutic work with young people and or their carer's/ adoptive parents.
To undertake assessments, Care Plans and Risk assessment in line with the young persons needs.
To work closely with your colleagues in your team who vary from Psychologist, nurses, social workers to Assistant Psychologist.
To work collaboratively and liaise with other professionals such as Children's Social Care, Children In Care Nurses, and school staff.
