Based at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital (SW10 9NH), this Car Parking Administrator role sits in the Estates & Facilities Management team and provides essential administrative and co‑ordination support across Chelsea & Westminster and West Middlesex sites. You will be the first point of contact for staff, suppliers and contracted services, handling telephone enquiries with tact and discretion, processing car parking administration, room bookings, invoices and purchase orders, co‑ordinating diaries, minute‑taking, maintaining confidential filing and office supplies, and assisting with payroll paperwork. The post is fixed‑term (12 months), part‑time, Band 4 (salary £33,094–£36,195 pa pro rata) and subject to a DBS check; a minimum of two years’ admin experience is required and NHS experience is desirable. Skilled worker sponsorship will be considered where applicable.
