We provide the highest quality care to people living in their own home who wish to stay at home and live as independently as possible. We are hiring Care Assistants for social care work, for mornings 8am to 2.15 or evenings, 4pm to 10pm. We are looking for care assistants that share our values of trust, respect and delivering person-centred care. You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality of care and show patience and resilience , dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of others. As we care for Clients across Sale and Altrincham as well as Wythenshawe you will need access to a car What We Offer: • Min 1 hour visits with regular clients • £14per hr weekday - £15 per hr weekend, recognising the essential role you play in our clients' lives. • Sufficient time to travel between calls, ensuring you never feel rushed. • Paid Training • Paid DBS • Paid Mileage All our new Care Professionals undergo a paid induction which consists of elearning and practical training so you understand the values of Home Instead and feel confident to carry out the role as a professional caregiver. We offer ongoing support to our Care Professionals and you will be recognised for the work you do and the difference you make to our clients' lives and to their families who have been struggling. Responsibilities: • Provide dignified personal care • Offer emotional support where needed • Be a friendly and reliable presence that brighten your client day • Support with medications • Prepare meals • laundry • Help around the home • Take our client’s out We offer a range of working patterns; we are currently looking for evening Care Professionals to cover tea times and bed times, so this can be from 4pm or 5pm until 10pm.
