Provide person-centred care as a Care Assistant at HC-One Ltd’s Arnold home (NG5 7GS). This permanent role pays £12.60–£13.10 per hour and offers both full-time (38.5 hrs) and part-time (24.5 hrs) patterns on either nights (20:00–08:00) or late afternoons/evenings (14:30–22:00) — full flexibility is required. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse you will support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing through personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene and mealtimes), activity support, comfort during distress and compassionate end-of-life care. Safeguarding is integral to the role and you’ll receive mandatory training and use digital care-planning tools to record and improve outcomes.
