💷 What You’ll Earn & Get
£13.75/hr for your first 3 months
After probation: £12.85–£14.50/hr depending on experience and qualifications
Paid travel & waiting time (in line with NMW)
45p per mile mileage – every journey counts
Paid training, meetings, and supervisions
Flexible shifts – school hours, evenings, weekends
Local work – regular clients, predictable routes, friendly team
Live-in roles: £915–£1,055/week for 8 hrs/day
